The Suggestion to Daily Exercise

This is only suggestion to our daily exercises…In the among exercise we should do to increase our level of health.

1. Walk At Least 10 Minutes a Day and It’s Can Increase Your Level of Health.

Yes, when you walk, the fat on your body can be burned. It’s suitable for youngest, adult and older. Old thinking was to work out in a sweat-filled gym for hours a day. No pain, no gain. New studies show that even short bouts of activity can increase your fitness level, especially if you’re new at working out.

2. Park and Walk Again

In the evening when you drive in the park, park your car as you can handle and walk to the store. At the mall, park at the farthest end and walk the length of th mall. Use every opportunity to walk. At the end of the day, it all adds up to better fitness.

3. Crunch in Bed

In the morning before you get out of bed, do 10 to 20 stomach crunches while lying flat on your mattress. Increase daily by one until you get up to 100. Think you will never get there? Try it….you can. Lock in your heart, ” I can !!”. You may eventually have to set your clock to wake up 15 minutes or 20 minutes earlier, a small price to pay for a flatter stomach.
